Post-Completion Study Cambodia Phase II Report

In 2011, Room to Read launched a multi-country study of our “post-completion” Reading Room projects (i.e., school libraries that have “graduated” from Room to Read's three years of ongoing support). The study, which is taking place in Cambodia, Nepal, and South Africa, seeks to determine the library management status of post-completion libraries and the reasons why some libraries are functioning more effectively than others.
